About Kristin Williams

Kristin Williams is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist and Art Therapist, as well as an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider.  She has over 10 years of experience providing accessible, inclusive mental health care. Her work is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel collaborative, respectful, and responsive to each person’s unique lived experience.

Kristin specializes in supporting individuals within the neurodivergent community, including those who experience challenges related to ADHD, sensory processing differences, and autism spectrum traits. She understands that clients may not always arrive with a diagnosis, but often come with questions about focus, overwhelm, emotional regulation, relationships, or feeling “out of sync” with the world around them. Her approach centers on helping clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop tools that support daily life.

Kristin provides counseling services in both spoken English and American Sign Language (ASL) and brings a strong understanding of Deaf culture and community. She approaches this work through a culturally affirming lens that respects Deaf identity and values lived experience.

As an Art Therapist, Kristin integrates creative and expressive approaches alongside traditional talk therapy when helpful. These options can support insight, emotional processing, and regulation, particularly when words feel limited. Creativity is always optional and guided by each client’s comfort.

Above all, Kristin’s ultimate goal is to support clients in building lives that feel aligned, meaningful, and authentic.
