Insurance and Payment at Fox Valley Institute

Fox Valley Institute for Growth and Wellness in Naperville accepts many major insurance plans, including Medicare and most HMO plans. We don’t accept Medicaid. Before your first visit, one of our intake coordinators checks your coverage and explains what to expect, so there are no surprises. Text or call (630) 718-0717 and we’ll take care of it for you.
