Fox Valley Institute for Growth and Wellness provides in-person and Telehealth counseling from our office at 640 N River Rd, Naperville, IL, serving Naperville, Warrenville, Lisle, Wheaton and Aurora. Our licensed therapists work with individuals, couples, families, children and teens, and adults can meet with us by Telehealth anywhere in Illinois. We also offer psychological testing and specialized methods such as EMDR, Brainspotting and Rapid Resolution Therapy. To get started, text or call (630) 718-0717. Where is Fox Valley Institute located?
Our office is at 640 N River Rd, Suite 108, in Naperville, Illinois. Clients come to us from Naperville, Warrenville, Lisle, Wheaton, Aurora and across the Fox Valley. If getting to the office is hard, adults located in Illinois can also meet with us by Telehealth.
What kinds of counseling do you offer?
Our licensed therapists and psychologists work with individuals, couples, families, children and teens. We also offer psychological testing, life coaching and divorce mediation, along with methods such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Rapid Resolution Therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT and play therapy. If you're not sure what you need, our intake coordinators can help you sort it out.
Do you offer Telehealth counseling?
Yes. Adults can meet with their therapist by secure video from anywhere in Illinois, and many clients mix video and office visits. Children and teens are seen in our Naperville office. Ask our intake coordinators which option fits you best.
Do you accept insurance?
We work with many insurance plans, and some of our therapists see clients with Medicare. We don't accept HMO plans or Medicaid. Our intake coordinators can check your insurance and explain your costs before your first visit.
How do I schedule my first appointment?
Call or text (630) 718-0717, or send a request through our website. One of our Client Care Specialists will ask how we can help, when you're available and what insurance you have. Once your appointment is set, you'll receive an email confirmation with your new client paperwork.
What are your hours?
Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 9pm, Saturday from 8am to 6pm, and Sunday from 9am to 6pm. Our Client Care and Billing team is available Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm. Evening and weekend times can fill quickly, so reach out early if you need one.
How do I find the right therapist?
You can browse our team on our Find a Therapist page and filter by service, age group, insurance and more. Or let our intake coordinators do it for you: tell them what's going on, and they'll match you with a therapist whose experience fits your needs.
Will I see the same therapist every time?
Yes. You work with one therapist from your first visit forward, so you're not retelling your story to someone new. In the rare case a therapist leaves the practice, we'll work with you directly to continue your care with another member of our team.
Is counseling confidential?
Yes. What you share in therapy stays between you and your therapist, with a few exceptions required by law, such as when someone's safety is at risk. Your therapist will explain these limits at your first session so you know exactly how your information is protected.
