About Caroline Hanlet
Caroline is a compassionate and engaging Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who strives to create a welcoming and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and achieve personal growth. She believes that meaningful change comes through self-awareness and empowerment and integrates evidence-based practices like DBT and EMDR to help clients uncover blocks and work through life’s challenges.
Caroline has a background working with eating disorders and substance abuse populations in the Chicagoland area, where she found her footing in helping others with crisis management and navigating through trauma. She spent two years working with the military and family populations in Colorado Springs. Her work focuses on helping clients develop self-regulation skills, find meaning through trauma, increase feelings of self-worth, and improve effective coping strategies to reduce distress.
