About Kaitlin Jackman
Kaitlin enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Master of Social Work from Aurora University and has spent more than five years supporting clients in outpatient, school, and community settings. Her clinical interests grew out of her early work with neuro-divergent children and families navigating the effects of substance use. She has experience helping clients manage emotional and behavioral challenges, adjust to change, and build healthier patterns in daily life.
Her style is steady and thoughtful, and she aims to create a space where clients feel comfortable being open and curious about their own experiences. She uses a variety of approaches, along with client-centered and strength-focused methods. Rather than relying on one set model, Kaitlin adapts what she does session to session, depending on what a client needs or what seems to be resonating. She believes progress often grows from small moments—learning a new skill, noticing a pattern, or simply feeling understood. Individuals who work with Kaitlin often appreciate her calm manner and her willingness to collaborate rather than direct. She values practical goals, clear communication, and helping clients feel more grounded in their day-to-day lives.
